Hefty dose of caramel and bread on the nose, hints of wet malt. Pours a dark brownish-red with a thick beige head and spotty lacing. Taste offers more bread than caramel, but with a mild wort-ish funky undertone not altogether welcome in the pint. Finishes semi-dry with a modest sweetness and a lingering yeasty bite. Medium-bodied and easy-drinking.
