Tasty, with a frontal burst of grapefruit and tropical notes, followed by a dry, piney middle and a clingy but manageable bitterness on the fade. Malts provide a modestly sweet, grainy base, yet the tea notes are apparent as well, offering an unexpected leafy heft to the back end. Lovely citrus nose, and the pour is a gorgeous gold with an unyielding white head and massive lacing. Nice IPA.
