Very nice IPA (or IIPA, or CIPA, or CIIPA, or beer), with a bright, juicy hop profile offering up tons of fruit salad notes against a dry, modestly bitter finish. Mango, berry, citrus, and stone fruit are set against a mildly sweet malt base, while the back end takes a slight floral-pine detour before finishing with a lingering yeast-n-citrus bite. ABV isn't apparent--I was shocked to see the "8%" on my crowler label--and the texture's a nice mix of sparkly and creamy. Starting to see why this style of IPA is all the rage--it's like an NEIPA somebody actually bothered to finish brewing. Tasty.
