Cask at Swan, Farnborough. Citrus and biscuit aroma. Light amber. Thick fluffy head. Light-medium bitter. Like the aroma, citrus and biscuits. Medium bodied. On the thin side. Low key fizzy carbonation. Astringent finish. OK gold. Relatively characterful. A tad stale. When off as being poured.

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Golden amber with a thin white head; earthy aroma; surprisingly full bodied with some earthy malts and grassy hops in the mouth; and a dry, lightly bitter, finish.

Cask @ Haymarket, Edinburgh [170513]
Amber, clear, dense white head, some lacing
Aroma of light fruity hops, touch of floral hop, light malts
Taste of soft bitter citrus zest, touch of lemon zest, pale fruits, soft light caramel malts
Palate - Medium body. Finish as main flavour, quite dry bitter zest, fairly long linger
Overall - OK, bit over bitter dry linger, tad dull in the middle though

Cask @ the Haymarket Bar. Pours golden, some haze and a nice head. The nose has citrus and yeasty earthiness as expected in cask versions of pale ales. The taste confirms this and has quite a lot of minerality. The palate is light to medium in body and texture with a refreshing finish. Overall, yet another decent golden ale.
