Cask at Duke of Cambridge, Tilford. Spicey ginger and caramel aroma. Dark amber. Thin creamy white head. Light bitter with a sugary sweetness. Ginger and other herbs come to the fore. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carb. Long low key finish. OK but as per an earlier review this week, am not keen on ginger.
