Gyllen brun. Lukter gjær og friske epler. Så langt bra. Smaker overmodne epler, kjeller og gjær. Skuffende smak. Smak maaange bedre.

YG 171124. Straw- golden color with no haead. Aroma is apple, sourness, yeast, grass. Flavor is apple, sourness, yeast, grass.

Horrible stuff. Mostly destroyed by a home brew yeast profile. Hazed golden in the glass Quite decent apple aroma. I the rest could be the same… Ok it is a lot of apples in the flavor. But it have a horrible home brew yeast profile Ended up as a mix with a Christmas juice [Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Asker, Norway]

Bottle, 50cl. It's lightly hazy in the glass, straw colored and still. The aroma has lots of fresh mature apple, with notes of grass, honey and melon. It's medium to full bodied and quite dry on the palate, lightly warming, with a flavor driven by fresh, mature apple. As in the aroma, there's honey too, adding some complexity to the else quite straightforward apple driven drink. Hints of grass and honeydew melon too. Medium length finish. Surprisingly little funk going on for a spontaneous fermented cider, but that's just fine with me. Anyway, it's a quite fine cider, but it lacks complexity I think. 241117

Small bubbly shortlasting head, cloudy light yellow-ish colour. Aroma is dry fruity, apple cores, unripe dusty apples, hay, minerals, yeast, paper, leafs, wet cardboard. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, hay, unripe apples, yeast, leafs, sorrel, paper, flowers, wet cardboard. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
