Nice good old fashioned proper Ipa Yummi Hazed golden in the glass and a fine lasting head. Good intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Fine mellow carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Tropical, citric/grapefruit hoppy, pine, mild resinous and a fine malty backbone in the flavor. [On tap at Drunken Chefs in Halden, Norway]
