Cool River is a bright West Coast pale with a crisp malt profile and a lasting bitterness. Citra and El Dorado take the main stage in this beer with tropical citrus fruits and a resinous back note. We also added a touch of Chinook adding some balanced pine and grapefruit to round off the hop profile.

Can from Beer Cave. Appearance - hazy golden amber. Decent white head. Nose - orange and bread, perhaps some pine and caramel. Taste - orange, melon and bread. Orange zest at the back end. Palate - light bodied, dry finish. Overall - good.
