Taste comprises dark malts, brown bread, dried fruit esters, burnt toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi close. Tidy for the style.

Keg at Cloudwater. Near opaque dark brown beer, good bubbly tan head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin tasting dark malts, a trace of creamy sweetness. Tangy watery dark fruits and a little ash. Dry finish. Fine. Didn't get my juices flowing, wanted more dark malt character and a bit more crispness.
