Brewed with the chalk-filtered water from the brewery’s own well.
This well hopped IPA combines USA and UK hops to deliver a fruity IPA which builds in bitterness leading to a crisp, dry finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - deep amber with just a glint of red. Nice fluffy head. Nose - ginger cake, light apples. Taste - spiced biscuit, grapes, citrus. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry spicy finish. Overall - good beer. Very drinkable and quite interesting.

Bright clear gold beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has fine minerally carbonation. Dry pale malts, not that sweet. Floral bitterness. Esters. Modest orange and orange peel. Fairly dry finish. Bitterish linger. Quite estery for an IPA but not bad.
