Tap at Essex Brewhouse, London. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is juicy apple, zesty citrus, bittersweet, summer fruity. Medium bodied, soft fine carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite drinkable cider.

[ As Essex Street Temple Brew House Cider ].Clear medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, sugary apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet apples, sugary apples, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150810] 6-2-7-3-13

Keg at Temple Brew House, 20/04/15. Clear golden with a moderate off white head. Nose is apple pulp, straw, orchard wood. Taste comprises sweet apples, toasted brown sugar, toffee apple, hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok cider if a touch on the sweet side.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apples. Zesty and slight sulphorish. Dry and zesty into the finish. Smooth lingering fruity.
