Serpent 7,5% on sekoite eri golden aleista, jotka ovat kypsyneet 10 ja 12kk ranskalaisissa punaviinitynnyreissä ja kentuckylaisissa bourbontynnyreissä yhdessä erilaisten brettanomyces-villihiivakantojen sekä maitohappoa tuottavien bakteerien kanssa. Olutta on lisäksi tynnyröity 6kk paikallisesti hankittujen Zilga- ja Supaga-viinirypälelajikkeiden kanssa.

0,75l bottle from the brewery. BBE 1.6.2027. Almost clear orange red beer with medium, white pink head. Aroma has lot of red wine wibes. Red berries, grapes and oak. Huge aroma! Flavor has red berries, grapes, oak, vanilla and quite much tart n' sour notes, but with smooth touch that only Tuju knows. Lambic straight from Lappeenranta! Huge beer.

Sour and tart, medium acidic. Raspberries, a bit of vinegar, but despite all of that pretty smooth and tasty. Nice.
