Bottle picked up at a gas station near Pompei, Italy. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. The nose has some tangy citrus, doughy wheat bread, yeast, tangerine. Medium sweet flavour with touches of candi sugar, ripening citrus, simple wheat bread, minimal bitterness, a few grains. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Very slight citric tang in the finish, more simple wheat bread, tangerine, basic sugars, faint saison yeast expression. Fairly simplistic overall, but drinkable enough.

Birrificio San Gimignano srl.: Biologica poccio alla torre bionda ai cereali. Kirkas hailakankeltainen runsaasti vaahtoava olut, jonka vaahto kuitenkin katoaa nopeasti kokonaan. Viljainen ja maltainen tuoksu, samoin maku. Aika pitkälle Leffe Blonden tyyppinen.
