12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours an opaque raw umber color with ruby highlights and a khaki head with good retention. Good lacing. Spiced aroma. Dark lager flavor with nutmeg and some cinnamon. I don't taste the vanilla. Overall, a nice diversion from the usual beers but one is enough. Medium body and medium carbonation. Low bitterness. And the 6.4% ABV is well hidden. Decent winter fireplace beer.

Dark brown with light orange highlights and a large foamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. Malty and sweet with gingerbread and molasses. Long finish. Medium body.

Can from the $1 rack at JR's. Must be past due? Looks like alky content is less than many December holiday brews but it got the typical spices in there. It pours with a nice brown cloudy eye. Smell is your typical over the top winter spices in beer, can't really appreciate that. It does have a nice creamy head, almost tan in color. Yea, first taste is what I expected, mostly spices like vanilla and cinnamon. Smooth easy co2 but those spices are sometimes hard to take like any other domestic winter holiday brew. I just wish it had a little more of that alky in there so I could forget about the taste. Whew. Never could get used to these spiced holiday beers, quite rude and over the top with spices. Put these in the same category as most domestic pumpkin brews.
