[ As Black Tor Tor Ale ].Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, caramel, grass, malt bitter, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Gravity at Pigs Ear ’15, 01/12/15. Golden orange with a decent light beige covering. Nose is malty, toffee, dark fruit rinds, straw. Taste comprises bitter fruit, crackers, caramel, straw, bready malts. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close laced with leafy bitterness. Average.
