At first I thought this to be a little difficult up front for a well made pale lager; but eventually the feeling was fleeting and I grew to enjoy the attributes of it. I assume it was pale. I drank it right out of the can, just like any decent cheap pale lager should. Satisfactory after a few big swigs from this 12 oz serving. Yes, almost like old stale malt likkah at first, but never quite gits thar. OK, I guess for a domestic craft brewer's attempt at civilized cheap american pale lager, its not bad.
