2$ bottle from chalet in north lima, nice place. Pour is kind of hazy with a slightly darker than pale color. Lots of co2 on the palate as well as the pour, big foaming head wants to go over the top. Some yeast sediment on the bottom of the bottle. Yes, each additional pour wants to flood my table with foam. Luckily, I soak it up with my thirst before it does so. Eventually, the head goes craggy. In the middle some of that immature astringent bite starts to set in. Needs a few more manners, even for an IPA, which normally has no manners at all. In the end, the co2 starts to fade and all that's left is that astringent co2 bite in the finish. Rather uncivilized, but hey, aint all IPA uncivilized. Unlike the ride of an electr-glide, this stuff has more of an attitude that reminds me of an unrefined old 82 shovelhead fat bob, no lie.
