Pitch black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some syrup, mild toasted tones with some cocoa and mild vanilla as well as wooden tones too. Flavour is kind of similar to the elements of the aroma, but alcohol and dried fruits are also evident. A bit sharp, otherwise nice.

Flavor is quite sweet, roast malt, rich dark chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, light bourbon. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. 020525

Pours dark brown with a brown film head. aroma is toffee, caramel, honey/syrup, roasted malts, milk chocolate. A bit on the sweet side. The bourbon barrels have added a lakridskonfekt note. Flavor is balanced, rounded, roasted malts , maple syrup, sweet caramel, 60% dark chocolate. quite sweet but well orchestrated. The barrelling is hardly noticable but adds character.
