5th Anniversary Collab Series
The first installment of our new, unique series of barrel blends. To start, we mixed our honey Imperial Porter aged on Pedro Ximenez barrels with Pinta Berrel Brewing Cognac BA Imperial Stout. Then we enriched the whole thing with wonderful, thick maple syrup and vanilla beans from Madagascar.

The sixth one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Izdahír's. Bottle 0.33l, three years aged. Cloudy, black colored. AROMA- perfect liquid pralines, vanilla, maple syrup, some good alcohol. FLAVOR- very sweet, lightly bitter, maple syrup, honey, cocoa nibs, liquor, vanilla. Fuller to full bodied.
Damned maple syrup. It would be much better without it.
