Sampled at BXL festival. Hazy orange golden with white head. Sour grains, juniper, spruce, lemon, red currants, milky grains, light smoke and salt. Over medium sour, just medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Decent.

5 3 6 3 11Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of juniper, herbs, soapy dishwater, caramel and rotten veg. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy light. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, weeds, unripe mountain cranberries, grass, berry skin, fruit stones, soda powder, minerals, hay, flowers. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sorrel, sour mountain cranberries, grass, berry skin, fruit salt, hay, flowers, weeds, minerals, fruit stones, leafs, herbs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry funky sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, interesting. My guess is it needs more time...

Clear deep orange to reddish amber beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, acidic, fruity notes, slightly smoky, malty, red wine vinegar. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic start, lemon juice, tannins, smoky touch, wood notes. Aftertaste: little bitter, fruity, red berries, pretty acidic, lemon juice, some tannins. Nice one! And a raw beer, probably my first?
