Smoked Imperial Porter infused with Polish Smoked Plums, Cinnamon and Vanilla. Aged for 14 months in Geroge Dickel and Willett bourbon barrels.
Blend Imperialnych wędzonych porterów leżakowanych osiemnaście i dwadzieścia cztery miesiące w beczkach po bourbonie Heaven Hill.
Dodatek Suski Sechlońskiej czyli śliwek węgierek suszonych dymem wniósł do piwa zdecydowane dymno – owocowe nuty, podbite aromatem świeżo mielonego cynamonu oraz wanilii.

Draft. Black beer with a light brown head. Caramel and cinnamon aroma with light smoke. Toffee/caramel and cinnamon flavor with light smoke and light dark fruit. Fuller bodied. Slightly oily mouthfeel. Caramel and light bourbon linger with light smoke and light dark fruit.

Aromat z nutami czekolady, szlachetnego alkoholu, wanilii, mega intensywny. W smaku słodkie ciut zaklejajace, pełne w odbiorze z subtelną nutą cynamonu i ciut wędzonki daleko w tle, baza świetna choć za dużo słodyczy.

Bottle from Øltanken, Aabyhøj. Aged 18-24 months on Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. Pours pitch black with a fading brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, mild smoke, dried dark fruit, mild spice, cinnamon, light bourbon. Flavor is light sweet, light spiced, roast malt, caramel, spice, cinnamon, vanilla, light pepper, light smoke, plums, light bourbon. Full body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet spiced finish. 161124

Bottle. Aroma of soy sauce, roasted malts, smoked malts,faint dark dried fruit like note, but not raisins, less sweet. Intense aroma with a great use of smoked. smoked malty flavor with tons of ordinary roasted malts too, the smoke is very integrated in the flavor, reminds me of campfire bread when I was a kid (sometimes it got a bit smoked/burn too). Plums round off the roasted and smoked thick malty flavor quite well, Very brutal, but also very tasty. probably one of the best smoked black beers i have tasted. Very flavor intense, you cannot in any way taste the 13% alc.
