The predominant Amarillo and Mosaic hops bring distinct citrus and berry flavours, which are balanced by the sharper line notes from the Rakau and Motueka. The result is an exceptionally refreshing Pale Ale with a rewarding bitter finish.

Lightly hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and finely crisp. Very light pale malts, thin sweetness. Nice floral Motueka, very mild hop skunk and a little lime. Mellow pithy orange and a pinch of hop spice. Finishes dry and crisp. A tad dry but otherwise very drinkable.

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma of pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Flavour of orange, grapefruit and minerals. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Crisp fizz. I loved this - lots of sweet and juicy notes with an incredible amount of flavour for the ABV. A fresh, hoppy Pale Ale.
