Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Draft. A- Gum, oak, malt. A- Brown color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Brown sugar, apple, caramel, oak, pink gum, sweet. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Lots of flavors going on and fairly sweet. Didn't get cherry and I wish I did. Decent beer but not what old White Elm would put out. Needs some fine tuning.
