Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in the glass with a thin tan foamy head which inwardly dissipated and left a little bit of concave lace.
Aroma: thick blend of raspberry puree meshing with dark chocolate and milk chocolate
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together sweet and bitter chocolatey with a sly touch of the tart from the berries; finishes with those berries and an even light touch of dark chocolate
Texture: light to medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; some smoothness but also some tart stabs to the tongue
Overall: I'd say a pretty nicely done fruited porter but perhaps they could pull down some of that tartness in the texture to make this beer be a really spectacular one.

Can. A- Cocoa, roasty, charred. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Bakers cocoa, roasty, burnt malt, faint raspberry. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not much raspberry but lots of charred burnt cocoa. Almost had a silky texture to it at times. Really nice but not very fruity.

Almost completely black body with a tan head. Light chocolate and malt aroma. Taste is chocolate, roast malt and finishes with raspberries.
