Cask at GBBF 2018. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, melon, herbal, mint, sweat and toasty grain. The taste is dry, bitter, oily, bready, doughy, cracker, grassy, cracker, straw and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fair and chuggable.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Craft Brewery Crafty Blonde ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, dough, soured milk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, berliner weizen yeast, dough, lacto. IMO: very Berliner weizen alike. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161012] 5-2-5-3-11
