Ink is the fully pulped sour slushy cousin to our popular Lily of the Valley series. For this brand new offering we upped the ABV a little while keeping the signature lactose and vanilla twist. Red Stuff features a selection of red fruit also intentionally chosen for their flavor harmony. Raspberry, Cranberry, Strawberry, Pomegranate, and Cherry. A blast of stone fruit and berry yogurt goodness brings together magical flavors as if the talented cellar crew invented a new fruit just for this beer!

Draft. A- Cherry, raspberry, red fruits, sweet. A- Dark red color, opaque liquid, pink head. T- Cherry, raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, pomegranate vanilla, yogurt, mild sweetness, faintly tart. P- Medium body, thick texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Wow, this was amazing. The flavors all blend very well. I think had I known before hand all the fruits in this, I could have picked most of them out but they really mixed well. Cherry and raspberry stood out the most perhaps. This was way better than I expected. Wish I would've had a chance to get more.
