Draught @ [ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016 ] @ Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, Malmö, Sweden 21532. [ As Södra Ekologisk Lager ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, herbs, grain - rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, pale malt, sweet malt, grain - rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160402] 5-3-5-3-10

Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy finish.

(Keg at Katarina Ölkafé, 20160323) The beer poured deep golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass and a hint of toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A nice looking brew that had decent and was easy to drink.

Tap@Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival, Malmö - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and grainy, straw, hay, some sweetish bready malts, pretty so so.

Bottled. An amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Plain.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Hay, grass, sultanas and some earthy notes in the aroma. Earthy, malty and slightly grainy taste with sultanas, peach, hay and some biscuity notes.

Draught@SBWF2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is toasted, mild toffee, grass and herbs. Flavour is fruity, some floral, grassy and herbal notes with some slight toffeeish notes.
