Collaboration with and made for the Settle Down Tavern located at 117 S Pinckney St in the First Settlement District of Madison, WI. This Hazy IPA is dry hopped with Citra and Summit offering a slightly dry finish with a moderate body. The combination of these hops results in flavors reminiscent of freshly zested lemon, candied oranges and overripe peaches. Draft Only

No longer draft only as this is a can from Wagner Market, 3/19/25. Pale yellow, large white head, average retention. Aroma of lemon, apricot, grapefruiit. Taste is lemon, grapefruit, pale malt. Bright, lingering bitterness. Nice.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is weird, herbal, spicy, pot, grass. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Merlin light body.
