Bottle 75 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a dissipating, white head. Complex aroma, seems to have both lactic tartness and Brett, maybe some acetic acid as well. Lightish body, quite a teeth cleaner, this is seriously sour, and I'm not sure how much of this my stomach can deal with. But kinda refreshing as well I guess - probably more so on a hot summer's day. I guess that people would be all over this if it had a Cantillon label. 201117

Keg at salthorse. Pours golden orange, nose is floral, oak, sherbert, taste is funky citrus, juicy, tart, oak, grapefruit.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Rocket Sour Power ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, moderate hoppy, peach, sour lemon - citric. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, fruity, citric, peach, fruity - lemon - citrus sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle@yesprs - Yellow coloured golden pour with tiny head. Aroma and taste is medium sour fruity, citrus fruity, some pear, light grass and straw notes, barnyard, light yeasty, tart fruity finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of fruits, brett, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and atraw, leading to a tart finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is bretty, fruity and slight citrusy to sourish. Dry, sour and fruity. Peachy. Mellow. Smooth fruity. Lingering fruity far finish.
