Brewed with juniper & ginger infused water with more juniper & ginger added during the boil. Fermented with Norwegian kveik, an expressive farmhouse yeast. Incredibly unique with notes of gin botanicals, ginger, caramel and light smoke from a very small amount of cherry wood smoked barley.

Unclear burnt orange, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is herbal, caramel, juniper, rye. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, odd herbal note. Fullish body. 5,6,7,4,13
