Tap. Pours clear black, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, a bit ashy, leather. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, a bit ashy. Medium body.

Taster at the Huntsville Brass Tap. Dark brown, with a small, beige head. The aroma is caraway seeds, heavy rye, black cherry, cola, and black bread. Sweet and oddly yeasty, with a mild bitterness. Light and bready. Not bad.
