Пиво «Вайсбург Бланш» -пиво світло-солом’яного кольору, з додаванням коріандру, що надає напою пряний та фруктовий аромат. Має надзвичайно стійку піну. В смаку нотки пшеничного хлібу. Це один з найбільш м’яких і не гірких сортів пива, який користується великою популярністю у споживачів. Склад: вода, солод, хміль, коріандр.

Bottled as Waissburg Blanche at 4.7% ABV. Appearance: cloudy yellow with a large white creamy head of good retention. Aroma: wheat malt, coriander, some crackers, hints of citrus. Taste: sweetish. Malt, bread, coriander, a shade of citrus. Nothing going on in ending. Very low hopping. Palate: medium minus body. Average carbonation. Hollow ending. Overall: not sure, if it is a Witbier, still you have the impression of drinking one. A basic one.

500ml bottle thanks to djoeye for sharing. Chalk white head over a golden body with a wheat haze. Lacing rings down the glass. Mid-sweet banana on the nose, lightly spiced. Banana and sweet pears to the taste profile, backbone of wheat carefully spiced. Rounded mid-sweet finish. Accepted. (Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 03.08.2019).

Bottle, as Waissburg Blanche, small stable creamy head, hazy light orange color, light citrus herbal fruity aroma, flavor of orange zest, and candy with a light mellow herbal bitterness. Nice and drinkable.

zuletzt gerrunken am 19.2.2025 und erstmals getrunken am 20.8.2018 als "Waissburg Bile" und jetzt wieder vor mir als Blanche aus dem Umanpivo -Karton. Die Bewertung von damals passt noch immer:
Auch dieses ukrainische Zwickel hat einen ausgeprägten Geschmack nach Butter, aber er passt eigentlich ganz gut hinein und tut der Frische kaum Abbruch. Es wirkt recht brachial im ersten Schluck, aber je mehr man trinkt, umso angenehmer wird es. -
