As you would expect a HUGE mixed berry base consisting of sweet cherry, raspberry and black currant! CHERRY? Yes, it’s actually the first time ever we use cherry in a beer. That’s pretty crazy thinking of how many fruit beers we have made. It turned out to be the perfect combination of berries for this project, deep dark notes and waves of bright raspberries cutting through.
On top of this - we added loads and loads of caramelized sugar straight into the beer, with a balanced dose of warm vanilla for that rich custard base feeling!
This is for all you sweet tooth’s and dessert likers out there!
Flip can to mix, this beer contains high levels of fruit that may settle in the can! After mixing, let the can rest for a few minutes to avoid foaming from the can.

Thick and sweet, pulpy, some sludgy surprises included. Raspberries and maybe some other berries, a bit sour and tart, quite tasty.
