Session strength pale brewed to showcase the great American hop – Amarillo. Amber malt is added to the mash to give an extra dimension and a biscuit base, then the zesty orange and pithy bitterness from the Amarillo takes you for a ride.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 18/09/14. Clear copper amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose carries nice bitter citric vibes, red grapefruit, mineral notes, spice, orange pith. Taste comprises earthy hops, tangerine, light pine, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close laced with earthy hop bitterness. Ok SIPA, probably better on keg I imagine!

Keg. Hazy light amber. Fresh floral and grapefruity hops. Keg body is funny - a bit fizzy - but the hops are nice, with a mod bitterness and biscuity malts. Honestly, this needs to be cask.

tap@Pelt Trader, London - golden/amber pour with puffy persistent white head and lacing. Hoppy citrus aroma and taste, prominent orange on the palate, some grapefruit, good mouthfeel and decent punch bearing in mind the low abv. Good first impression from this brewery.
