Wygląd wzorowy. W aromacie wędzonka kojarząca się z Grodziskim - oscypek, ser, lekka szynka. Wyraźna wędzonka, czysty profil. W smaku jest crispy, czyste. Porządnie wyczuwalna wędzonka, również oscypkowa. Goryczka niezbyt wysoka ale zaznaczona. Wysycenie w punkt. Jak dla mnie świetne piwo.

Barwa złota, niemal klarowne, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, lekko zbożowe, lekka wędzonka. W smaku słodowe, czysty profil, lekka wędzonka w typie szynki. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie i ciało w normie, dobry balans. Porządne piwo.

Tap at CBF Wien. Yellow, unfiltered body, with a big, creamy, white head. Aroma of grains, moderate smoke, some citrus. Very lovely, full taste of grains, hay, citrus, smoked wood, moderate bacon, some honey, slight sweet fruits. Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes crisp, bitter, grainy, floral, medium smokey, a bit sweet. Tasty, pleasant surprise! The nose is a bit underwhelming, but the taste reminds me of a Franconian Rauchbier. Crisp, clean and very well balanced, the smoke isn't too prominent and leaves room for grainy and fruity notes. Exactly my taste, I could drink this all day! Score: 7 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17
