[ As Pax Lab #16 Saison ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, peppery, bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt - yeast, oak, peppery, saison yeast, bubble gum - minerals.
