[ As Pax Lab #15 Saison ].Clear medium orange color with a small large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet yeast, sweet fruit, yeast, saison yeast, light peppery, oak notes, wine - grapes - citric notes.
