I could say a pale ale on the Swiss way, this one is acceptable but it is another thing than the stirling, too grainy for the style, malty, herbal, it could be more bitter and citrus, 21.10.21, purchased at the coop Thusis, tasting it at Scharans.

ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, hoppy, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200408]

Bottle @Saxo's. Clear golden, white head. Malty aroma, pale malt, mild fruity notes. Malty, fruity flavour, light piney notes, light herbal hops.

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, hops, flowers, straw and has a nice bitter finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.
