ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity malt, rich malt, pale malt, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200124]

Cask at Tap House Hull, 20/02/20. Almost clear golden amber with a well presented lasting off white head. Nose hints at dusty apples, straw, grains, musty. Taste comprises grains, mellow citric peel, more green apple, dusty, damp wooded notes, light (unintentional) acidic twang. Acidic notes malts light apple blossom Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Cack ... shouldn’t have been pouring this in their own tap room.

Cask at taphouse Hull. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is tangy sour, green apple, bile, nail polish remover.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, green jolly rancher, green jammy fruits. Stale grains. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, ok cask condition

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours golden orange, nose is lemon, marzipan, floral, taste is sweet, chewy oatmeal, floral, citrus.

On cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - hazy golden. Nose - apple and floral. Taste - ripe or stewed apple and pears. Palate - close to medium bodied, nice balance between richness and bitterness. Overall - good.

Cask-conditioned at the Rook and Gaskill, York 14 June 2018. Slightly hazy and golden in colour, with a moderately-sized white head. Light malts, tangerine and apricot fruits, some citrus hops and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.
