Can from the Black Toad online shop. Appearance - milky yellow. Big white head. Nose - orange and resinous. A hint of spice and banana bread. Taste - bready and orange. Light spice again. Palate - creamy texture and lightly spicy on the finish. Light to medium bodied. Overall - quite interesting. The nose is better than the palate.

ABV: 5.7%. Murky medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus, sharp. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sharp, yeast - hops, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200122]

Manchester Beer Festival 2020. Dark amber with a dense and hoppy wheat style character, which comes to the fore in its lingering aftertaste. There's banana here and some in its aroma.
