En dejlig letdrikkelig Pale Ale, som hurtig kan blive din foretrukne ”hverdagsøl”. Det er den i hvert fald blevet hos mig selv. Cascadehumlen giver en dejlig duft og smag, der er let krydret, noter af citrus/grapefrugt og lidt blomsteragtigt præg. Står godt til mad af fjerkræ, salater og pastaretter, eller som frokostøl.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a smallish, lacing off-white head. Nose has MASSIVE diacetyl, completely covering any hop notes that may have been there. Medium body, sweet malt, caramel and sticky butter. Subtle bitterness. Simply ruined by diacetyl, sorry. 110620

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, fruits, pale malts and floral notes. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish. Light butter.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium to light yellow - amber orange colour with a average to large, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, rye, fruity malt, floral, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, mesk sour, fruity malt, dry, rye, malty, thin, light fruity, short malt nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
