ABV: 5.7%. Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - pale malt, light to moderate flowers - elderflower, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart citric, elderflowers, sweet yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up up from Premier Hop. Pours clear gold with a slight, foamy white head. Strong elderflower character, nice lightly spicy green pepper, salty bite, lemony acidity. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Somewhat sharp on the finish, more spicy green pepper, moderate acidity, subtle woody dryness, more lemon, nips of grass. Nice depth of character. Solid stuff.
