(330ml bottle from Beerseeker/Etre) Pours slightly cloudy straw yellow with a huge fine white head and a little lace. Notes of white bread and some flour/grains, slightly sour pils malt vibe, earthy hops, dry grass, soft floral notes, a touch of fruity malt sweetness mid sip. Finish is fairly dry, moderately bitter, grass and grain, a little yeast into the aftertaste as well. Lightish body with soft creamy carbonation. Decent enough pils, not so much my thing. Not as clean and crisp and well-hopped as the ones I've liked the most.

'Pils' (Pilsener) from En Stoemelings in collaboration with Blind Enthusiasm, one of the countless young Canadian microbreweries. Longneck bottle of less than five months old. Snow white, mousy, irregularly and lightly lacing head, quite creamy, medium thick and well-retaining; initially lightly hazy, warm 'old gold' robe with ochre-ish hue, deeper ochre-blonde and misty with sediment. Not unpleasant aroma of freshly crushed lemonbalm leaves, camomile flowers, margarine, moist white pepper, white bread dough, dried lemon zest, freshly cut hogweed stems, (unsugared) cream, wet gypsum, subtle sweet melon touch. Crisp, minerally onset yet carbonation - for the intended style - remains fairly soft; fruity notes from the yeast, but only restrainedly so, vaguely hinting at pear and unripe banana; mineral aspects accompany a very soft and supple, bit soapy and fluffy malt body, white-bready pale malt sweetishness with sharper grainy edges but the breadiness - especially after adding the yeast sediment, of course - remains quite important till the end, where it is coated in a somewhat 'greenish' and resinous, firmly bittering in a very floral and 'weedy' way, with a quinine-like, long-lasting tail, outbalancing the bready softness - the way it ought to be in a good Pilsener, I'd say. Due to being unfiltered, the yeast adds a lot of breadiness, softness, aroma and flavour, to the point where it is more akin to a (admittedly atypical) Kellerbier than a true classic Pilsener in the original Bohemian style, a bit reminiscent of another recent Belgian lager born in the new craft beer culture, Dok Brewing's Lederhosen Und Dirndls. Powerful yet thoroughly 'noble' hoppiness, full and even bit creamy mouthfeel, pleasant aroma: this is among the best lagers Belgium - not commonly associated with bottom fermentation and justly so - has produced in a long time, in my opinion. Better than expected, better than most other En Stoemelings beers I had so far even (which could be that Canadian microbrewer's contribution if I look at it a bit cynically), deserving a higher rating here.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of moderate grassy and fruity hops, pale malt. Taste of moderate bitter grassy hops, hay, some citrus, easy to drink!

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing! Moderate bitter beginning. Fruity floral parts, bitter with grainy hints and a nice hop bitter floralness in the end. Nice brew.

Bottle. Sour grain and citrus. Grey yellow, low offwhite head . Medium light, chalky/mealy, Herbal earthy hops on a mealy base, some grassiness poking through, otherwise no greatness here.

Bottle. Very hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is sour dough af, yeast byproducts, weird. Taste is sour dough, in a weird way, grainy, mealy, lots of yeast. Creamy mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Very weird...

Bottle looks interesting. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Dry fruity malty aroma. Starts mild malty, modest dry, bitter background. Some metallical notes. Finish a bit boring malty with some lemon hints. Okay.
