Bottle from Darts Farm, Devon. Pours clear ruby amber with a smidge of beige cap. Aroma: malts, hedgerow fruits, caramel, earth. Taste: light sweet & bitter, malty, earthy, woody, red fruits. Medium body with light carbonation. OK

Cask at Pigs Ear '19, day one, 03/12/19. Golden copper with a decent off white head. Nose is biscuit malts, dried fruits, toffee, light spice. Taste comprises toffee, dark fruit rinds, straw, light spice, biscuit crumbs. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A light hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a halo of loose beige head. Aroma is woody autumnal malts, brown leaves, earth. Flavour is composed of nutty earthy malts, jammy fruit, woody fig, cakey notes. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, woody, mellow carbonation
