Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - Hackney. Pours cloudy yellow with a light, foamy white head. Dusty and chalky, with notes of lemon peel and pine needles. Light bodied with fine carbonation; so so condition. Finishes with further notes of lemon peel, pine needles, lime. Just OK.

10/12/2019. On tap at Kill The Cat, Brick Lane. Poured pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, flowers. Medium sweetness. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice bready pale grains, mellow tropical, juicy fruit, waxed citrus. Flavour is composed of floral citrus, pollen, doughy wheat, citrus.. Palate is fine cask condition,. Lingering floral elderflower.
