Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2019. A petrol yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is light tang, pear and apple, wood. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and light tang, woody, bark, little spicy finish. Palate is semi sweet light tang, woody, almost still.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, sweet pear, sugary pear, tart pear. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart pear, fruity pear, light funky, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181019]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival, as Oliver’s Traditional Perry (medium dry). Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are green apples, pears, fruits and has a nice balance of sweet and sour. Dry finish.
