Keg @ Porterhouse Temple Bar, Dublin [191114]
Caramel brown, thin white head, some lacing
Aroma of piney hops, dab of lemon zest
Taste of pine hops, bitter citrus zest, bit grassy, some caramel malt, rather bitter hop forward
Palate - Medium carb, bit fizzy, medium light body, bitter. Finish as main flavour, bitter brewdog-like zesty pine and bit grassy finish, fairly long linger
Overall - Not malty or sweet enough to be a Scotch Ale. Quite good, but didn’t make a big impression.

Draught at Porterhouse. Reddish brown with a thin film of head. Aroma is spruce and rye. Flavour is bitter fruity hop, toasted biscuits on a dry finish
