Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, light brown head. Pleasant roast nose with some chocolate. Solid roastiness, now more licorice than chocolate, thick roastiness with a malt bitter finish. A nice straight Impeeial Stout with no fuss. 210923

Bottle from the brewpub. Pours cloudy dark brown with airy dark tan head. Clear aroma of malt and dried fruit, with touches of yeast. Bitter flavourbof roast and alcohol, with notes of malt and yeast and nutty touches. Bitter, boozy aftertaste with nutty notes and touches of yeast. Not bad but the boozy notes are too dominant for my liking.

Tap@ the brewpub. Dark brown, almost black body with a small brown head. Relatively mild in aroma, light roasted, dark malt and warming alcohol. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate roasted dark malt, not much chocolate or coffee, light bitterness and warming alcohol. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite nice, surprisingly easy drinkable and not very rich in flavor, still it doesn't feel weak but it’s difficult to believe this is really 10% ABV as written on the blackboard.
