Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Fixed Wheel / Angel Ales Cyclone ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, riped fruit, candy, dried fruit, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp, alcohol, dried fruit, sweet malt, sweet fruit - sweet dried fruit. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy - oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20151007] 7-3-6-3-13

Gravity cask at Nottingham festival with fonefan, Charlotte, Boudicca & chriso. Hazy golden color. Aroma of alcohol and citrus. Taste is thin citrus and alcohol. Falls flat.

Cask at the Wellington; clear golden amber pour with a bubbly off white head, aroma is very sweet with some stewed red fruits, taste is sweet alcohol, abv is in your face, hints of pine and tangerine, stewed plums.

Keg @ Birmingham Beer Bash 2015. Pours murky brown, sweet aroma. Taste is more like a barley wine with some rich fruitcake and a sweet hop booziness. A bit unbalanced and not sure I could’ve had more than a third.
