Natural fermentation, 9 apple varieties, pure apple juice from our farm. Fruity apple aromas, long-lasting aftertaste. Minimum amount of sulfate. Vegan. Gluten-free. 25g sugar/liter.

33cl bought somewhere in Finland or on the ferry? Pours clear golden with a dissipating, white head. Fruity aroma with ripe apples; medium sweet with a dryish finish. Quite balanced with acidic notes. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Almost clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry and green apples. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 080724

Bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Lightly hazy pale golden without a head. Aroma is sweet, yeast and apple. Flavor is sweet and a little dry.
